Description: The 2023 Winter Party was an event in the game. Snow and ice were back in the dream world! In what looked to be of a repeat from last year, another freak winter storm took over much of the dream world, leaving a giant blanket of snow in its path! Agencies felt confident this year that things wouldn't be as bad now that they knew how to respond. Miraculously, this year's winter storm was not as chaotic as the one from last year. Much of the dream world avoided a complete and total shutdown with little incidents to report. Interestingly, data obtained from the DWPS given to the DPF's investigation unit revealed a strange code that didn't appear to be natural. This was seen as a potential lead with Nate and M3-0W adding it to their investigation for further examining.
