Description: The Halloween Party 2023 was an event in the game. Following the NEAP-1 outbreak from last year, this year's Halloween seemed tame- except, there were ghosts everywhere! While Halloween in the dream world was in full swing, ghosts had been sighted across the dream world with no real intentions. Many speculated that they were resurrected and are were lost in the dream world looking for their way back home.
