Ahh! Traveler, you've come at a very weird time!

Something very strange is going on! I was here in the Backrooms minding my own business, when suddenly, all of the lights went out! The lights have never gone out in the Backrooms so suddenly before! Halloween is one thing, but this is different!

Not only have the lights gone out, but I'm feeling a lot of cold air coming from a lot of portals! Is it winter already? No...it's November! It's my birthday! I shouldn't be feeling cold from any portal yet! What is going on?!

I really hope this is nothing serious... It's a good thing I have this little lantern with me, otherwise I'd be in the dark! I hope you don't mind keeping me company today... For my wish this year, I hope everything turns out okay... - Figment
